Sunset Islands has 4 islands: Sunset I, II, III and IV. Sunset I and II are at the upper part of the North Bay Road, while Sunset III and IV are at the southern part. The island is accessible via two points from the North Bay Road. The upper islands are reachable via the 29th Street while the southernmost islands are accessible through the 20th Street.
The gated neighborhood is only minutes away from the shops and dining destinations along Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue.
It is also a short drive from Miami International Airport – the reason why the neighborhood is home to international residents who build their businesses in the area.
South Beach and its many restaurants and nightlife are less than 3 miles from the neighborhood and takes about 10 minutes via Alton Road.
