While people may easily confuse this condo building with the Mansions at Acqualina, these two are actually different addresses. The Residences at Acqualina is a 52 story building with both condo units and hotel rooms within it. Also called the Acqualina Condominium and Resort, this building has condo units that come in configurations that range from 2 bedroom up to 5 bedroom floor plans. Penthouses are sizable and can be configured to have 6 bedrooms.
The luxury features you can expect from a condo unit here include 9-foot to 10-foot high ceilings, in-unit front loading washer and dryer with storage cabinets above, oversized private balconies with metal and glass railings, and solid core wooden doors. The master suite has a wall safe, there is additional private storage for each unit, and all units are pre-wired for internet, cable, and phones.
Kitchens in these units come with upscale features like European cabinets with under-counter lighting, granite countertops and backsplash, garbage disposal, and hot/cold water dispenser. Modern appliances by Sub-Zero and Gaggenau, stainless steel sink, and designer faucet with pullout spray are also part of the kitchens here.
Bathrooms in these units come with luxury features as well, with a whirlpool bathtub, marble flooring and walls, and frameless glass enclosed showers found in the master baths.
The opulence does not end in these residences since the building itself has a long list of amenities that both residents and guests can enjoy.
The property has a world-class spa, three swimming pools, two gourmet restaurants, and a lobby bar & lounge. There is a concierge service, room and maid service, a fully equipped fitness room, and a full service beach club.
