Golden Gate Estates is a gated community located at the juncture of Sunny Isles Beach and Golden Beach, and is one of the few in the area that offers single family homes to prospective residents. Majority of the homes you will find within this area are condominium units in tall buildings, which makes this small community a breath of fresh air in an area where high-rises are the norm.
