The Neighborhood

Bounded by Dade Boulevard and 23rd Street to the north, Atlantic Ocean to the east, Lincoln Road to the south and Biscayne Bay and Alton Road to the west, City Center Miami residents have easy and quick access to business centers while still having the best views of Miami.

With a walk score of 89 and transit score of 60, City Center ranks as the “3rd Most Walkable Miami Beach Neighborhood”. Many of the errands in the neighborhood are easily accomplished by foot.

The neighborhood is also home to a number of lush greenery such as Soundscape Park, Collins Park and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden.

Downtown is less than 8 miles from the neighborhood and can be reached via I-395 E in less than 20 minutes. Miami International Airport is also about 20 minutes away from City Center, making the community a top destination for international tourists.

City Center is also a choice of residence – temporary or permanent – for those who do business in the busy district of Brickell for they only spend around 25 minutes of travel time to reach their destination.

Things To Do

City Center Miami is home to hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes and is about two blocks away from the beach. Yard House, Shake Shack, Juvia, Sushimaba Miami Beach and Yuca are just some of the nearby restaurants.

Shops like Walgreens, ALDO Shoes and MACY’s are also within the neighborhood.

City Center Miami is also the home of the Miami Convention Center and the popular New World Symphony.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools serve the students of Miami Beach. Schools in the neighborhood include Biscayne Elementary School, Mater Beach Academy, North Beach Elementary School, South Pointe Elementary School, Treasure Island Elementary School, Feinberg-Fisher K-8 Center, Nautilus Middle School and Miami Beach Senior High School.
