Westview is a census designated place (CDP) that is located to the north of West Little River and west of Pinewood. As of last count, this enclave had a population of 10,365 residents, with 70% of this population being of African American ancestry, 29% with Hispanic roots, and 1% of mixed as well as Asian heritage.

Around 34% of the working population in this community is in the manufacturing and labor industry, while 25% are in service and sales jobs. 21% of those who are employed and living in this neighborhood are in management, executive, or professional positions, and 17% are in tech support and other similar occupations.

Median age of residents here is 37, with 31% of the populace being married and around 18% being divorced. There are more women in this community than there are men, with the ratio being 9 men to 10 women.

The North Campus of the Miami Dade College is located here, which also means that there are a lot of college students in the area.

Westview is a fair sized neighborhood with a number of amenities that make it a good place for people to live in. You will find that there are fitness gyms, bookstores, libraries, parks, and even art galleries as well as sports facilities and stadiums here.
