Three Lakes Information

This CDP stretches from SW 120th Street to SW 152nd Street, and from the Ronald Reagan Turnpike to Lindgren Road.

There is a nature preserve within this community, the Tamiami Pinelands Park, and the tree lakes where this CDP gets its name from are the Common Nighthawk Lake, Yellow Crowned Night Heron Lake, and the Black Crowned Night Heron Lake.

Three Lakes is an area that is great for families since it is a pretty safe enclave, with minimal crime, and reported incidents ranging from such issues like vandalism and domestic disputes. People love living in this neighborhood due to the closeness of the lakes here, and the fact that it is family friendly, is safe, clean, and very peaceful. S

ince it is far from the bustling city center of Miami, privacy and quiet are two of the things you get a lot of here. The most interesting places in this community would be the bodies of water that dot the landscape.

From the large lakes to the southwest of the community to the smaller ones on the eastern border of the CDP, Three Lakes has an abundance of watery areas where people can fish, and enjoy other water bound activities.

This suburban neighborhood has its own list of entertainment options for residents to choose from, and included in that list are restaurants that people either go to or order delivery from.
