Country Walk Information
This census designated place (CDP) stretches from Lindgren Road to SW 162nd Avenue, and from Howard Drive to SW 152nd Street.
This neighborhood is a generally new one with homes that were mostly constructed in the 70’s up to the 90s, with a few newer homes being built here over the years.
One of the distinctions that Country Walk has is for being known as a great place for families to live in, and this is because of the lower incidence of crime in the area as well as the many great schools for kids here.
This community is also considered a wealthy neighborhood, with homes here being mostly single-family homes with more than three bedrooms. Around 40% of the residents in this enclave work in professional occupations, management positions, and as executives for certain companies.
This suburban community has quite a few conveniences that make it a self-sufficient neighborhood, with banks, supermarkets, retail outlets, and other businesses located to the north and along the edges of the community.
Country Walk is a community that has a number of entertainment options for people to enjoy. There are parks, shooting ranges, rock climbing outlets, and even a few lakes nearby. Aside from these, the area also has a number of restaurants that people frequent and order from.

Country Walk is a community that consists mostly of single family homes, which is why there are very few, if any, multi-unit residences in this part of Miami.
