Carol City is a community that used to be all farmland in the 1960s. The homes here were mostly built in the years when people started flocking to the area, and Carol City has since become a sprawling neighborhood with numerous homes, apartment buildings and other conveniences.
These residences are occupied by middle-income residents, with around 33% in sales and service occupations, 20% in executive and management positions, 27% in the manufacturing industry, and around 21% in tech support and clerical work.
Residents of this neighborhood enjoy it here due to the many conveniences that they have, like the many schools, parks, and eateries that are nearby.
There are also quite a number of shopping centers, and entertainment options for residents here. There is even a stadium nearby called the Hard Rock Stadium, which is the home of the Miami Dolphins.
