Imperial Point Information

People love living in this neighborhood for a number of good reasons. These reasons include the walkability of the place, its low crime rate, the cleanliness and quietness of the community, and the fact that it is dog-friendly. It is also considered a great place for families to live in, and is one where neighbors interact on a regular basis.

The community is conveniently located a few minutes away from the beach, but is not a beachfront neighborhood. It is also a suburban enclave that does not have that many canals and bodies of water in it. It does however have a hospital and a great private school within its borders, and a number of amenities that residents love having nearby, such as grocery stores, restaurants, fastfood places, and shopping centers.

The community is so close to the Pompano Beach area that some of the establishments within the neighborhood actually have Pompano Beach in their names.

Imperial Point is an area that has quite a few options for you to choose from when it comes to eating out, having food delivered, and driving through for take-out. These restaurants and fast food joints however are mostly located along the federal highway, near the shopping centers, hotels, and hospital in the community.

Imperial Point Real Estate

Imperial Point is a neighborhood that stands on the border between Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach, and is a suburban enclave that has numerous amenities located on its eastern and northern border. This community also has a medical facility within its midst, which is the Broward Health Imperial Point. The homes here are mostly single family residences, but there are quite a few multi-unit buildings and gated communities here as well, most of which are on the borders of the enclave.

The homes in this community are not as expensive as most of the other homes you will find in Fort Lauderdale, and this may be because Imperial Point is not a beachfront or waterfront community. It is also far from the famous Las Olas Boulevard, which is where people tend to choose to live due to the many amenities there. Imperial Point is still a great neighborhood to live in though since it does have a few shopping centers, restaurants, schools, and other conveniences people look for in a community within it.

Imperial Point is a community that has quite a number of multi-unit residential buildings within its borders.
