Dolphin Isles is a small enclave located on the barrier island of Fort Lauderdale, and is just a block away from the famed North Ocean Boulevard, which is lined with numerous 5-star resorts, condominiums, and spas facing the beach. This community consists mostly of single family estates that take advantage of the Intracoastal Waterway to the west as well as the many canals that conveniently give these homes easy access to the water. There are also condominium buildings, apartments, and multi-unit residences here, most of which are located at both ends of the neighborhood and along NE 33rd Avenue.
Residents of this enclave love living here because of its amazing location, which gives them easy access to both the beach and the waterway. It is also conveniently near the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, which is just south of the community, and a short drive to some of the best shopping in the county. To the southwest you can find the massive Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, while to the northwest is the smaller but nonetheless impressive Coral Ridge Mall.
Also in the same direction is the Coral Ridge Country Club, with its world class amenities and championship golf course.
