Coral Ridge is a neighborhood located west of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, across the Intracoastal Waterway, and East of Laudergate Isles, with the Middle River in between the two. Not all residences in this enclave are waterfront homes, but a good majority are, and this is because of these two bodies of water on both sides of the community plus the many canals that can be found here.
Residents love this upscale neighborhood for many reasons, with the easy access to the water and close proximity to the beach begin two of these reasons. Other reasons why this community is beloved by its residents are because of its walkability, peacefulness, cleanliness, and the huge number of amenities nearby.
People who live here also love the area because of their neighbors, the beauty of their surroundings, and because it is family friendly and dog friendly. It is also an enclave that has many parks nearby, a mall at its southern end, a country club, and a yacht club.
