Foundry Lofts Information
Residents enjoy interior features such as exposed ducts, brickwork, and pipes. The rather rough and exposed elements of these homes give an interesting contrast to the polished and clean look of the floors, furnishings, and walls of these residences.
These loft units come with the usual high ceilings that are expected of loft residences, and these are between 12-feet and 14-feet high. To complement such high ceilings, these homes also come with oversized windows, open floor plans, and large doorways. The floors in these homes are covered with polished wood panels while the floors in the bathrooms come with ceramic tiles.
Most of the walls in these residences come with either painted walls or bare concrete, which help with the contrast between the polished furnishings and modern appliances with the raw and unfinished look of the rest of the condo. Kitchens in these homes are very modern and come with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and pantry with glass doors.
Bathrooms are just as simple and modern, with all white fixtures, white vanity top, white double sinks, and unframed full vanity mirror. The combination shower and bathtub is also in white, with white marble wet walls. The residence also comes with an industrial style expansive balcony, with metal and mesh railings and concrete floors.
The Foundry Lofts building comes with a list of amenities that residents are sure to love, and these include a swimming pool and a gym. There is reserved covered parking for residents and extra off-street parking for guests. There are poolside lounge chairs and picnic tables, some landscaping near the building’s entrance as well as around it, and the building is pet friendly.
