This recently opened condominium building called Centro Lofts is one of the few residential buildings in the area that does not have its own parking facility. Instead of offering parking to its residents, this building is promoting ride-sharing via a Car2Go hub station and lower carbon emissions with a bike lending program. However, Car2Go service in Miami was suspended in early 2016 and it is unclear if a replacement service will be available. The building stands 36 stories high and has around 352 units in a variety of floor plans.
Homes here come with open concept floor plans and are offered in one and two-bedroom configurations. You will find a number of luxury features within each home, and these include floor-to-ceiling windows, finished concrete floors, modern lighting fixtures, and spacious closets.
Kitchens here come with stone countertops and backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and Italian cabinetry. Bathrooms in these loft residences come with similar Italian cabinetry, designer fixtures, and stone vanity tops.
Amenities that one can get with a residence here include a two-story penthouse recreation area, state-of-the-art private gym, residents-only club room, and triple height lobby.
There is 24-hour security, 24-hour reception desk, and a rooftop pool and pool deck. The ground floor holds a few retail outlets and restaurants, and the building is pet friendly.
Centro Lofts Amenities
Centro Lofts' central location also promotes walking, since almost everything that you may need is just a walk away.
The building is just a short walk away from numerous restaurants, entertainment options, and retail outlets. It is also just a block away from the historic Alfred Dupont Building, Miami tower, and a short distance from the colorful Jewelry District. This building is also a few blocks away from Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the American Airlines Arena.
If you were to rent a car, you can drive down to Brickell and explore the many interesting shops, hangouts, and restaurants there. You can also go further down south to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove where more unique shops, cafes, restaurants, and people can be found. Still in this general area is the University of Miami, and a number of golf courses, historical sites, and entertainment options you might want to consider.
