Coral Terrace Information

Most of the baby boomers grew up in these homes, which reminds people of years gone by. Residents here are mostly married, with upwards of 74% of the population in the area being couples.

A lot of the people here are in their 40s, with 36% working in the sales and service industry and almost 35% in management, executive, and professional positions. This neighborhood is considered a middle income community, and people here have a higher income than almost 60% of the neighborhoods in the country.

This neighborhood is pretty near the many golf courses of Coral Gables since it is sitting just west of the Country Club Section of the city.

Coral Terrace is a suburban paradise that enjoys close proximity to the city without having to deal with the congestion and noise of being in one. This area is also pretty much a residential area, so most of the favorite eateries that people love here are either food trucks or located near the outskirts of the neighborhood. Most of the homes here were built in the Baby Boom era, which was somewhere between the 1940s and 1960s. A few of the homes here were built in the 1970s up to the late 1990s.
