The Neighborhood

Located southwest of Downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay is bordered by the Erwin Road on its west, SW 80th Street on its North and Old Cutler Road on its northeast. Students can get their education from schools supervised by the Miami-Dade County. Coral Gables Senior High School in the neighborhood serves Biscayne Bay students from Grade 9 to 12. Coral Gables also has private schools like Gulliver Academy serving prekindergarten to Grade 8 students. Median sales price of Biscayne Bay properties is currently at $850,000, which is a 29% year-over-year drop in its value. The average price per square foot is $423, reflecting a 2% increase from May 2015 to August 2016.

Median rent from July to August of this year is at $10,000 monthly. Despite the modest increase in value, rent in Biscayne Bay is still higher than most of the rentals in the nearby communities.
