It has the highest concentration of arts and culture destinations in Miami, including Gallery Walk and GableStage. Students can get their education from schools supervised by the Miami-Dade County. Coral Gables Senior High School in the neighborhood serves Biscayne Bay students from Grade 9 to 12. Median sales price of Biscayne Bay properties is currently at $850,000, which is a 29% year-over-year drop in its value. The average price per square foot is $423, reflecting a 2% increase from May 2015 to August 2016.

Median rent from July to August of this year is at $10,000 monthly. Despite the modest increase in value, rent in Biscayne Bay is still higher than most of the rentals in the nearby communities.
