Brickell Place Marina is also just a few blocks away, which is welcome news for boat lovers and owners alike.
The building is near enough to the financial district to make it a convenient residential choice for those who work there, but is detached enough to make it a haven from the hustle and bustle of the city too. You will also find that a lot of restaurants, night spots, and shops are just walking distance from the Atlantis. Mary Brickell Village, which is also a short drive from the condo building, is one of the places you might consider visiting for these as well.
Schools, churches, and parks are also conveniently nearby. Alice Wainwright Park is just a few blocks away to the east and Simpson Park is to the west. For more exciting water fun, drive along the Rickenbacker Causeway and you will find Hobie Island Beach Park, Sailboard and windsurfing rentals, and catamaran rentals. You will also find a dog’s beach a little further down the causeway, which is still a short drive away from the condo building.
