Built in 1982 and situated along Biscayne Bay, Atlantis offers two through four bedroom units ranging from 1304 to 2149 square feet. The building is 21 stories tall and houses 96 units.
Upon construction in the early 1980s, the developer was required to restore part of the Tiffany Mansion that exists on the grounds. This mansion is owned by the Tiffany and Co. family, and it’s still on Atlantis’ grounds today.
This building maintains some fame in Hollywood. The Atlantis building is featured in the famous 1983 movie “Scarface” and in the opening credits of “Miami Vice.”
Residents enjoy beautiful units that feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows, in-unit laundry, private balconies with water views, and fully-equipped kitchens. Atlantis is pet-friendly with a limit of one pet of no more than 20 pounds. The community does not charge a pet fee.
Sewer, water, basic cable, and trash removal are included in condo dues. Leases are restricted to no less than one year.
Building amenities are expansive and include a tennis court, fitness center, bayfront heated lap pool, residents’ meeting rooms, covered assigned parking, and more.
Residents are situated 9-minutes from the American Airlines Arena, 16-minutes from Miami International Airport, 15-minutes from South Beach, and 13-minutes from Wynwood Miami. Living at Atlantis means being in the Brickell Financial District of Greater Miami, so local conveniences are always nearby.
