The actor has since retired his Horatio Cane character after the show was canceled in 2012. While originally from Queens, New York, the actor has a home in South Beach in Miami.

Who can forget the infamous home of famed Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace? Also located on Ocean Drive in South Beach, this home became the center of attention of people worldwide in 1997 when a serial killer made him the 5th victim in a 3-month long killing spree. The famous designer died on the front steps of his home, on the beach, after he came home from his morning walk.
The home has since been converted into a boutique hotel where fans and curious tourists alike can spend a night in the notorious mansion. 3. Shaquille O'Neal
The home that Shaquille O’Neal used to call home in Miami is located on Star Island, a neighborhood of South Beach that seems to be the address of choice by celebrities in this part of Miami. This is because of the fact that the island is very private and cannot be easily reached or ogled by fans, but still close enough to the fun and activities that can be found on South Beach.
The house itself is a large home that has 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, with Mediterranean style architecture all over. The house has almost 20,000 square feet of floor area and features an infinity-edge pool, barbecue area, manicured lawns, and even a 2-bedroom guesthouse. There is also a couple of guesthouses on the property. The size is a mind-boggling 11,000 square feet, which is one of the reasons why the actress chose to sell the property in 2013.
Rosie may have sold this majestic South Beach home, but she repurchased property in Florida which shows that the state is close to her heart. Her new home is in West Palm Beach and is a much smaller residence than her old majestic 12 bedroom mansion on Star Island, with only 6 bedrooms in it.

It also has an elevator, even though it is only two stories high.
Although the star has long left this property behind, having sold it to a hotelier in 2005, the property is still called Lenny Kravitz’s old mansion.
